NYX Shapewear takes pride in the accuracy of the product images we post on the website. We take our time in subjecting the products in an intricate photography shoot in order to provide you with the most elegant angled shots of our shapewear.

To ensure the intricacy of each of the items here at NYX, we are producing them in limited quantities. This is why we are closely monitoring the updates of our inventory on the website.

We may not be able to guarantee you the exact availability of the products but our customer service representatives would be happy to assist you if you want to pre-order a particular product or if you cannot find it on our website.

NYX Shapewear do not sell to resellers and wholesalers. We are a brand that is focused on selling to consumers. A customer is not allowed to purchase more than 10 items that are of the same type, color, and size in a single purchase order.

Although we are mainly marketing to US, Europe, Poland, New Zealand, and Brazil, we are able to process shipping worldwide. We are already planning on widening our operations all around the world to make it easier and faster for orders from outside our three main markets to be shipped to the customers.

Estimated time of delivery of the orders will depend on the time a purchase is made on our website and the shipping destination. When you checkout, you will be asked to choose a particular shipping method and the total charges will be automatically computed to complete the order.

NYX works with a shipping courier that enables package tracking. However, the availability of the tracking may take up to 48 hours. You can find your tracking details and order status in the following avenues:

  • E-MAIL. We will send you an e-mail for every update of your orders. So, please check your e-mails regularly.
  • ORDER HISTORY. When you sign up for an account at NYX, you can login to that account to view your Order History at any given time.
  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Alternatively, you can also talk to our customer support via chat to follow-up with your order.

NYX ensures that you receive your items at the fastest possible time. This is why our system is designed to process orders immediately. When you have completed your order, we are already unable to cancel it. If you do not want to keep the items when they arrive to your doorstep, you can return them and get a refund by following our Return Instructions.

Changing an item is possible. However, the items must be returned in its original packaging to our warehouse. We will follow up once the returned item has arrived our warehouse. Please take note that you can only exchange the color or the size of the item. It must be of the same article.

In case of a refund or an exchange, please follow our return Instructions. NYX is not responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Please chat with our customer support for assistance on how you can proceed with the refund or the exchange.

Asking for a refund is possible, please follow our refund policy instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Take note that a refund can only be issued when the returned item is in our warehouse.

All U.S orders including orders with free shipping will be shipped out via USPS which takes approximately 1-5 business days to get to it’s destination.The closer your state is to Florida, the delivery time will be closer to 1 day.

Shipping time may vary also on where items come from. For best shopping please see product link below on its designated warehouse. 

US Items - Shipping time will take approximately 1-3 business days on all US orders and 5-7 business days to get to it’s destination worldwide.

UK Items - Shipping time will take approximately 1-2 business days on all UK orders and 5-7 business days to get to it’s destination worldwide.

Brunei & China Items - Shipping will take approximately 20 business days to get to it’s destination worldwide.

Please keep in mind delivery times expressed beneath are appraisals of normal transportation times and are not guaranteed unless specified. Transportation times can shift because of components, for example, delays, occasions, traditions preparing times, misty/mistaken location, and re-courses. Transportation times are midpoints and can be snappier or longer than expressed.

All U.S. orders will be shipped out the same day they are placed if placed by 1:00pm PST. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following business day-Monday.

An email with tracking information will be sent to the email on file within 1 business day of placing your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be recognized by the carrier website.
