Please keep in mind delivery times expressed beneath are appraisals of normal transportation times and are not guaranteed unless specified. All U.S. orders will be shipped out the same day they are placed if placed by 1:00pm PST. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following business day-Monday.
All U.S orders including orders with free shipping will be shipped out via USPS which takes approximately 1-5 business days to get to it’s destination.The closer your state is to Florida, the delivery time will be closer to 1 day.
An email with tracking information will be sent to the email on file within 1 business day of placing your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be recognized by the carrier website.

US Items - Shipping time will take approximately 1-3 business days on all US orders and 5-7 business days to get to it’s destination worldwide.
UK Items - Shipping time will take approximately 1-2 business days on all UK orders and 5-7 business days to get to it’s destination worldwide.
Brunei & China Items - Shipping will take approximately 20 business days to get to it’s destination worldwide.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
As a business element because of the nature of the items we sell, we just acknowledge returns in an event or a fault (which are very uncommon). Any cases for any harms or deficiencies must be made in writing to Nyx Shapewear within 24 hours of receipt. We can't acknowledge returns if:
- Stock was delivered in perfect condition and as per your guidelines.
- Styles have been ended or discontinued.
- Stock is grimy or generally unsaleable.
- Stock isn't in unique solid bundling as delivered.
- Shoppers chose the wrong size; we do not accept refund and exchanges for size.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received and not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging).
- The product was damaged or if it is unopened and can be resold.
- To complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged bundles must be marked for as 'damaged'. No profits might be made without earlier composed authorization. We are glad to help with sizing or color queries prior to you ordering.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Take note that a refund can only be issued when the returned item is in our warehouse.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
